以"龙井一号"黑米为试验材料,研究干旱胁迫对黑米中花青素含量和PAL活性的影响。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的加重,花青素含量和PAL活性呈上升的趋势;当干旱程度超过一定限度时花青素含量开始下降,而PAL活性仍然上升。
以"龍井一號"黑米為試驗材料,研究榦旱脅迫對黑米中花青素含量和PAL活性的影響。結果錶明:隨著榦旱脅迫程度的加重,花青素含量和PAL活性呈上升的趨勢;噹榦旱程度超過一定限度時花青素含量開始下降,而PAL活性仍然上升。
이"룡정일호"흑미위시험재료,연구간한협박대흑미중화청소함량화PAL활성적영향。결과표명:수착간한협박정도적가중,화청소함량화PAL활성정상승적추세;당간한정도초과일정한도시화청소함량개시하강,이PAL활성잉연상승。
With semen trigone"Dragon One"as test materials,researched for the effects of drought stress on anthocyanidin content and PAL activity of semen trigone.The results showed that PAL activity and the content of anthocyanidin tended towards ascending with the strengthening of drought stress,and anthocyanins content began to fall when drought beyond a certain level,but PAL activity was still rising.
