本文通过对散货船系列中海底门的工作原理、结构、装配形式、定位基准以及海水箱上其它附件的生产工艺流程、安装工艺、实验技术要求作整体研究,结合大多数船舶生产企业目前通行的做法分析发现,可以从劳动强度、生产效率、产品质量、施工环境安全等方面进行深度优化,顺应现代模块化造船趋势,在现行基础上尽可能将一些非核心的瓶颈工序前移,提高分段预装率,实现分段成品化或半成品化。

This article analyzes the factors from the aspects of working principle, structure, assembly form, positioning base of the sea chest in the series of bulk carriers and the case of the other fittings production process, installation process, experiment technical requirements. Combined with general practice in enterprise at present, it finds that it can optimize the process from labor intensity, production efficiency, product quality, construction environment safety and so on. Based on present process, the non-core processes can be done in advance to improve the segmentation preinstalled rate and realize the section of finished product or semi- manufactured goods.
