分析激光诱导低压射流复合加工的理论可行性,设计一种激光诱导低压射流复合加工试验装置,并用其进行W18Cr4V高合金钢的精密加工试验研究,分析不同的激光工艺参数和射流加工参数对试样材料的刻蚀量以及截面加工质量的影响,最终得到一组相对较优的复合加工工艺参数.
分析激光誘導低壓射流複閤加工的理論可行性,設計一種激光誘導低壓射流複閤加工試驗裝置,併用其進行W18Cr4V高閤金鋼的精密加工試驗研究,分析不同的激光工藝參數和射流加工參數對試樣材料的刻蝕量以及截麵加工質量的影響,最終得到一組相對較優的複閤加工工藝參數.

The theoretical feasibility of low pressure jet-assisted by laser Processing was analyzed; mean- while, an experimental device of combined machining was designed, and then the precision machining of W18Cr4V high-alloy steel was used to test the device. Through analyzing the results of the etching amount and section morphology generated by the different process parameters,a group of relatively better composite processing parameters were summarized. Those results lay a theoretical foundation for engineering applications of W18Cr4V high alloy steel and other hard process materials.
