以双梁桥式起重机为研究对象,应用Solidworks与3Dmax联合建模的方法实现了双梁桥式起重机三大机构的虚拟装配以及整机系统的三维数字化虚拟样机,并就虚拟装配技术、柔性体处理技术等关键技术给出了解决方案;针对起重机驾驶人员操作培训,开发了双梁桥式起重机虚拟视景系统.
以雙樑橋式起重機為研究對象,應用Solidworks與3Dmax聯閤建模的方法實現瞭雙樑橋式起重機三大機構的虛擬裝配以及整機繫統的三維數字化虛擬樣機,併就虛擬裝配技術、柔性體處理技術等關鍵技術給齣瞭解決方案;針對起重機駕駛人員操作培訓,開髮瞭雙樑橋式起重機虛擬視景繫統.

Taking double beam bridge crane as the research object, this paper realized the virtual assembly of three mechanisms of the double beam bridge crane and the 3-D digital virtual prototype of the double beam bridge crane by using joint-model method based on Solid-works and 3D max. Meanwhile, this paper provided the solution of some key technics(virtual assembly technology, flexible body processing technology), based on the virtual prototype. It also developed the virtual scene system of the double beam bridge crane which is helpful and has great realistic significance for the operation training of crane operators.
