高等教育大众化阶段，更新教育观念，创新人才培养体制，提高人才培养质量，已成为广大教育工作者的共识。基于此，高校教师必须树立全面发展的人才质量观和以人为本的教育观。在对传统教育观“六重六轻”现象分析的基础上，从七个方面探讨了教师的现代教育观。

It has been generally realized that during the stage of the popularized higher education the education ideology should be updated, talents cultivation system be innovated and talents cultivation quality be improved. Therefore, the teachers in colleges and u- niversities must set up the Full Scale Development Talents Quality Ideology and People Oriented Education Ideology. This paper, on the basis of the analyzing the phenomenon of ＂six emphasizes and six despises＂ , discusses the teachers＂ modern education ideologies from seven aspects.
