某铁路连续梁桥上跨已经施工完的另一铁路桥且两桥夹角很小。上跨桥梁采用支架现浇施工,而下穿桥梁不允许在桥上搭设支架。利用军用抢修器材及碗扣脚手架形成“墩一梁一脚手架”支架体系,采用“门洞式横抬梁”方案成功解决了该问题。文中对设计过程做了较为详尽的阐述,并对碗扣架、军用梁和军用支墩的安全性进行了检算。施工实践表明该支架体系设计合理,成功解决了小夹角斜交桥现浇施工时上面支架不能安放于下方桥梁上的技术难题。

A certain railway continuous girder bridge straddles another finished railway bridge at a ,;mall intersection angle. As is known to all, a bridge spanning another bridge may be cast-in-place with supports provided while a bridge going through un- der another bridge is not allowed to be built with supports provided. To solve this difficulty, a supporting system of "pier-beam- scaffolding" made up of military rush-repair equipment and bowl-buckle scaffolding is successfully designed by means of the " doorway-type laterally-raised beam" scheme. The design process is dealt with in detail in the paper,with the safety of the bowl- buckle devices, military beams and military supporting piers checked. Construction practice shows t]aat the supporting system is rational in design,which successfully solves the technical problem of the upper supports being unable to be placed on the lower bridge during the construction of a bridge spanning another bridge at a small intersection angle.
