设3组猪群,首免和二免分别注射生理盐水1mL、猪口蹄疫0型合成肽疫苗1mL(说明书推荐免疫剂量)及猪口蹄疫0型合成肽疫苗3mL(说明书推荐免疫剂量3倍量),二免28天后检测猪群的13'蹄疫抗体,结果显示3组猪群的抗体合格率分别为33%、78%和100%,疫苗诱导的抗体水平达到农业部规定的动物强制免疫标准。
設3組豬群,首免和二免分彆註射生理鹽水1mL、豬口蹄疫0型閤成肽疫苗1mL(說明書推薦免疫劑量)及豬口蹄疫0型閤成肽疫苗3mL(說明書推薦免疫劑量3倍量),二免28天後檢測豬群的13'蹄疫抗體,結果顯示3組豬群的抗體閤格率分彆為33%、78%和100%,疫苗誘導的抗體水平達到農業部規定的動物彊製免疫標準。

All the pigs were divided into three groups. One milliliter of physiological saline, one milliliter of synthetic peptide vaccine or three milliliters of synthetic peptide vaccine were injected to the pigs in each group separately for two times. The immune antibodies against FMDV were detected at 28 days later from the second immunization. The results showed that the antibody passing rates were 33%, 78% or 100% separately. The antihndv level indicted hv vacines, reached the compulsive immunity standard set bv the Ministry of Am-iculture.
