教师职业发展是一个历史的过程,教师个体成长与发展是一个逐渐专业化的过程。专业化是教师专业成长与发展的基本目标和理性诉求。教师不是“教书匠”,其基本职责是教书育人,其应然角色是教育家。以培养小学教师为宗旨的各种小学教育专业办学模式各有优缺点,但它们与小学教师专业发展需求与规律的契合度不尽相同。选择学科化小学教育专业办学模式是实现小学教育专业办学模式与小学教师专业发展规律契合的逻辑结论。

Teacher's professional development is a historic process as well as one of specialization which is the primary aim of teacher's professional development . Teachers should not be the sage on the stage , but a guide on the side . Although different school-running models of the major of elementary school education have their own advantages , they do not match with elementary school teacher's pro-fessional development . Hence , it is reasonable and logical to put disciplinization into practice in order to match elementary school teacher's professional development with school-running model of the major of elementary school education .
