通过试验找到了一种可行的铝合金燃油箱铝油箱的防腐处理措施,即采取阳极氧化膜防腐处理措施。同时通过滴碱试验、盐雾试验得出,牌号为3003和5052铝合金燃油箱在没有阳极氧化前内腐蚀能力相差甚远,阳极氧化处理后牌号为3003的铝合金油箱的防腐能力大大提高,达到和牌号为5052一样的程度,可以替代牌号为5052的铝燃油箱。
通過試驗找到瞭一種可行的鋁閤金燃油箱鋁油箱的防腐處理措施,即採取暘極氧化膜防腐處理措施。同時通過滴堿試驗、鹽霧試驗得齣,牌號為3003和5052鋁閤金燃油箱在沒有暘極氧化前內腐蝕能力相差甚遠,暘極氧化處理後牌號為3003的鋁閤金油箱的防腐能力大大提高,達到和牌號為5052一樣的程度,可以替代牌號為5052的鋁燃油箱。

Determination Method of 11 C,S,Si,Mn,P, Cr, V, Mo and W in the Twist Drill by Direct-Reading Spectrography was proposed. Influential factors, including selecting electrode distance, method of sample preparation and analytical conditions, were discussed. Under the optimized experimental condition, values ofRSD's (n= 11 )of the nine elements found were less than 5%.The proposed method was applied to analysis of sample of Twist Drill, and the results obtained were in conformity with those by ICP-AES.
