This paper analyzes and establishes the index system of command and control of air defense forces. Then it is established that valuation mathematics model through cloud model and AHP. Finally,an example is given to illustrate the appliacation of the proposed meth-od. This model is valuable for increasing the efficiency of command and control of air defense forces.
