当下教学中关于"个体差异"的认识可以概括为承认个体的主动性,探索各种差异类别,把握差异与统一的关系,思考"个体差异"的实践性等四个方面。有关教学中"个体差异"问题的研究尽管取得了不少认识成果与实施成就,但也在一定程度上存在着诸如"主体性神话"、抽象静态化、表达"要素化"、难为性等问题。基于当代哲学,特别是生成论教学哲学思想中的相关观点,对当下教学中"个体差异"理念进行新阐释,认为教师有责任保护和促进"个体差异"的发展,"个体差异"是具体独特的、是一种存在状态、是相互成长的资源,"个体差异"意味着发展的无限可能性。新的阐释能够弥补以往"个体差异"理念的一些不足,增益对"个体差异"的理解与行动。
噹下教學中關于"箇體差異"的認識可以概括為承認箇體的主動性,探索各種差異類彆,把握差異與統一的關繫,思攷"箇體差異"的實踐性等四箇方麵。有關教學中"箇體差異"問題的研究儘管取得瞭不少認識成果與實施成就,但也在一定程度上存在著諸如"主體性神話"、抽象靜態化、錶達"要素化"、難為性等問題。基于噹代哲學,特彆是生成論教學哲學思想中的相關觀點,對噹下教學中"箇體差異"理唸進行新闡釋,認為教師有責任保護和促進"箇體差異"的髮展,"箇體差異"是具體獨特的、是一種存在狀態、是相互成長的資源,"箇體差異"意味著髮展的無限可能性。新的闡釋能夠瀰補以往"箇體差異"理唸的一些不足,增益對"箇體差異"的理解與行動。

The current understanding of "individual differences" in teaching contains four aspects, i. e. admitting individual initiative, exploring all kinds of differences, mastering the relationship between difference and commonness, reflecting on the practicality of individual differences, and so on. Studies on "individual differences" have turned out lots of researching findings and great practical accomplishments have been gained, but there are still some problems, such as the myth of subjectivity, abstract and motionless thinking, essentialism, weak operation, and so on. On the basis of the standpoints of the contemporary philosophy and generative teaching philosophy, the idea of "individual difference" can be reconstructed as follows. Teachers should take the responsibility of protecting and facilitating the development of individual difference; "Individual differences" are specific and unique state of being and resources for mutual promotion; "Individual differences" connotates infinite possibility. This new interpretation can extend the connotation of the "individual differences" idea and deepen the understanding of and action for "individual differences".
