中国商科类专业高端化和统一化的目标定位,决定了目前商科类专业的课程体系呈现一种大而全的架构。为顺应商学院培养的人才应主要是企业家、商人,而非经济学家的国际潮流,商科类专业的课程体系中,应设置份量较重的创新创业类课程。借鉴哈佛商学院创业教育的成功经验,针对目前国内商科类专业课程体系特点,结合商学院各自实际,明确界定培养目标,适时调整现有课程体系,在实践教学模块中,增设部分创业类教育课程,同时根据实施进展,逐步增加该类课程体系的设计与开发,这些举措是商科类专业培养模式改革的重要组成内容。

In China,business major is to achieve the goal of high-end and unification,which makes the curriculum system large and comprehensive,and there is no more difference among the curriculum systems in different universities.The value of business colleges is to cultivate creative personnels——entrepreneurs,merchants,but not economists.In order to meet the goal,innovation courses should be included in the curriculum.Based on the successful experience of the innovation education in Harvard University,and combined with the practical features of business major in China,the adjustment and the design of curriculum system are analyzed in the paper,which are important contents in cultivating model reform for business major.
