针对全球化背景下跨国经营企业人员配置选择时受到的内外部影响因素,进行剖析。梳理了在内部动因和外部环境的双重影响下,跨国经营企业在人员母国化、本土化和全球化配置策略之间进行选择所面临的理念、文化、法律、成本、沟通和控制等方面的利弊。跨国经营企业在综合权衡内外部条件后,应依据其竞争优势选取有利的人力资源配置模式,而这一配置模式会随着跨国经营企业发展进程、跨国经营能力的提升而发展变化。
針對全毬化揹景下跨國經營企業人員配置選擇時受到的內外部影響因素,進行剖析。梳理瞭在內部動因和外部環境的雙重影響下,跨國經營企業在人員母國化、本土化和全毬化配置策略之間進行選擇所麵臨的理唸、文化、法律、成本、溝通和控製等方麵的利弊。跨國經營企業在綜閤權衡內外部條件後,應依據其競爭優勢選取有利的人力資源配置模式,而這一配置模式會隨著跨國經營企業髮展進程、跨國經營能力的提升而髮展變化。

This paper analyzes the internal and external factors that influence the selection of strategies in allocating human resources in multinational companies.Many multinational companies are confronting difficulties in making decisions on how to allocate human resources.In terms of conceptions,cultures,legal systems,costs,communications,controls,etc.,this paper summarizes the pros and cons in selecting different managerial models between expatriation,localization and globalization.After integrating the internal and external factors,and considering their competitive advantages in multinational operations,many companies will choose favorable allocation models.However,such allocation models will have to be adjusted as multinational companies expand and their multinational operations improve.
