对亚甲基蓝分光光度法测定硫化物(GB/T16489-1996)过程中容易忽视的环节,如标准溶液的稳定性、显色条件等有可能对测定产生影响的因素进行了探讨,规范了测试中的操作技术,提高了测试的准确度和精密度。该方法的线性范围为0.0~0.8mg/L,检出限为0.008 mg/L,回收率为93%~101%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~4.3%。

Some easily ignored procedures for the determination of sulfides in water using methylene blue spectrophotometric method were studied in this paper,such as the stability of the standard solution,the color development conditions,as well as other factors which could have an effect on the determination of sulfides.The operating technique was standardized,accuracy and precision were improved.The method of linear range were 0.0~0.8mg/L,the detection limit was 0.008 mg/L,the rate of recovery were 93%~101%,and RSD were 0.8%~4.3%.
