构建了资源型城市绿色转型TPE复合系统模型,从绿色转型的动力系统和推力系统考察资源型城市绿色转型能力的内涵。围绕构成动力系统的经济、社会、资源、环境、科技五大子系统,构建了资源型城市绿色转型能力评价指标体系,并运用熵值法确定各指标的权重。最后以大庆市为例进行具体评价,结果显示大庆市具有较强的绿色转型能力。

This paper establishes the TPE complex system model of green transformation capability for the resource-based city,and analyzes the connotation of green transformation capability of resource-based city from the aspects of power system and thrust system. Then it constructs the index system of evaluating the green transformation capability of resource-based city from five subsystems, namely economy, society, resource, environment and sci-tech,and determines the index weight by the entropy method. Finally,it takes Daqing as an example to evaluate its green transformation capability. The evaluation result shows that the green transformation eapahility of Daqing is strong.
