Guangdong and Macao have built up a new model of teacher training cooperation through deep reforms in five aspects : enrollment pattern , curriculum , faculty , teaching organization and management system . Complementary advantages have solved the problem of educational restric-tion of a single school effectively in this model . It can solve the problem of model convergence in a sin-gle training system and promote regional culture integration by localizing high quality educational re -sources ; and it can also meet the needs of students'personality development and solve the problem of irrelevance of pre - service training and vocational training by providing a flexible development chan -nel , which has a strong practical and theoretical value .
