研究了一种利用硫化染料废水制备硫磺和亚硫酸钠或焦亚硫酸钠的方法。含硫代硫酸钠的废水经脱色等一定处理后,加入硫酸发生化学反应,二氧化硫经碱吸收后可以生成亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠等一系列二氧化硫衍生物,经析出过滤后得到硫磺。此工艺可有效地解决此类废水处理难的问题,有很大的经济效益和环境效益。

This article was focused on the preparation of sulfur and sulfur dioxide derivatives with sulfur dye waste water. After the deeolorization and specific processing, the waste water containing sodium thiosulfate was acidified with sulfuric acid to 'recycle sulfur dioxide and sulfur. The resulting sulfur dioxide can be further adsorbed by sodium hydroxide to obtain its derivatives such as sodium sulfite, sodium pyrosulfite, sodium bisulfite and so on. The sulfur was collected as solid by filtration. The technology can effectively dissolve the troublesome disposal problem of sulfur dye wastewater, exhibiting great economic efficiency and environment benefit.
