研究了以N,N-二乙基-3-乙酰氨基苯胺与丙酰氯为原料反应生成染料中间体N,N-二乙基-3-丙酰氨基苯胺。考察了水解酸度、温度、时间以及丙酰化反应温度对收率及纯度的影响。结果表明在最佳的工艺条件下,反应收率可以达到96%以上,纯度达到97%。
研究瞭以N,N-二乙基-3-乙酰氨基苯胺與丙酰氯為原料反應生成染料中間體N,N-二乙基-3-丙酰氨基苯胺。攷察瞭水解痠度、溫度、時間以及丙酰化反應溫度對收率及純度的影響。結果錶明在最佳的工藝條件下,反應收率可以達到96%以上,純度達到97%。

The dye intermediate N, N - diethyl -3- propionyl amino aniline was synthesized by using N, N- diethyl-3- acetamino aniline and propionys chloride as raw meterials. The factors including hydrolysis acidity, hydrolysis temperature , hydrolysis time and acylation temperature which influenced the purity and yield were investigated. The reaction yield was above 96% and purity was 97%.
