选择三种野生有毒植物白屈菜、胡桃楸和细叶杜香及常见植物蒲公英,研究了它们对三种黄单胞菌属植物病原细菌的抑菌作用.提取四种植物有效成分的提取液,采用96孔板法测定四种植物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并用带药平板法检验.试验结果表明,白屈菜、胡桃楸和蒲公英对三种植物病原细菌都有不同程度的抑菌活性.白屈菜(茎叶)和蒲公英抑菌活性较强,对三种植物病原细菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为0.1g/ml、0.1g/ml、0.05g/ml,白屈菜(根)和胡桃楸抑菌活性稍差,细叶杜香提取液未检测到抑菌能力.

To research the antimicrobial actions of three kinds of wild poisonous plants Xhwlisoniummaius, Juglans mandshurica Maxim, Ledum palustre L. var and common plant Taraxacum for three plant - pathogenic bacteria of Xanthomonas. Extracted crude extracts of bioactive ingredients from four plants, and tested the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) by 96 - well plates, verified by the plate method with drug. The results of experiments showed that Chelidoniummaius L. ,Juglans mandshurica Maxim and Taraxacum have varying degrees of antimicrobial actions to three plant - pathogenic bacteria. Chelidoniummaius L. ( stem and leaf) and Taraxacum have more powerful antimicrobial actions, the minimal inhibitory concentration to three plant- pathogenic bacteria were 0.1 g/ml,0, 1 g/ml,0.05g/ml, respectively. The antimicrobial actions of Chelidoniummaius L. (root) and Juglans mandshurica Maxim was less, and the antimicrobial actions of Ledum palustre L. var couldn' t be detected.
