This paper present an analysis on the effect of noise and interference on the receiving level of cab radio communication device. According to the mechanism of way radio interference caused by electric locomotive and the frequency characteristics and transverse attenuation characteristics of electromagnetic radiation, the authors discussed the revisions and related contents of the TB/T1876 2011 specification of Minimum Usable Received Level and Measurement Method of 450MHz railway train radio communication.
