以萌生新枝茎段为材料,探讨了冷香玫瑰离体快繁的适宜条件。结果表明,离体茎段芽诱导需要较高的细胞分裂素浓度,适宜的培养基为M S+6-BA3.0 m g/L+N AA0.6 m g/L;增殖培养基和诱芽培养基相同;生根培养分别采用N AA和IBA 2种激素,IBA效果较佳,适宜的生根培养基为M S+IBA0.6 m g/L。生根苗移栽于草炭∶沙土=1∶1的混合基质中,成活率可达70%以上。

The suitable conditions of in vitro propagation for the cold rose were discussed using the initiation new stems as test materials. Higher concentrations of cytokinin was required for induced bud of isolated stem,the suitable culture was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.6 mg/L; proliferation medium and induced bud medium were the same. Rooting cuhure adopted NAA and IBA respectively. The effects of IBA was the best,the suitable culture was MS+IBA 0.6 mg/L. Root seedling was transplanted into mixed matrix of turf and sand that their ratio was 1 : 1 ,the survival rate was more than 70%.
