高职院校是教育改革的产物,强调对学生职业能力的培养,对此需要在几个方面进行思考：1.什么是职业能力;2.束缚学生能力发展的因素有哪些;3.如何进行职业能力的培养。要做好以下工作：设计好课程;设计好训练;为学生做好职业规划。

As for higher vocational education,it is necessary to focus its attention on the cultivation of the professional abilities.To finish this goal,the polytechnics have to consider what the key professional capacities are,which factors constrain the development of students competence,and how to cultivate those professional abilities.The paper proposed that polytechnics should offer a qualified curriculum for students,arrange the training practice and guide students to design their career planning.
