[目的]探讨o2突变基因的作用方式,提高玉米品质育种研究水平。[方法]通过对18个普通玉米自交系组配的33个普通玉米组合及相应的导入o2近等基因系(o2-NILs)组配的33个含o2玉米组合品质的比较,分析了导入o2后对玉米组合品质的影响。[结果]o2-NILs组合与普通玉米组合相比,其赖氨酸、蛋白质和油份含量有大幅增加,其余14种必须氨基酸含量也发生了相应的变化,天门冬氨酸、苏氨酸、甘氨酸、异亮氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸和脯氨酸含量提高;而丝氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸和苯丙氨酸含量降低。相关性分析结果表明,天门冬氨酸、精氨酸和苏氨酸变化与赖氨酸变化程度高度相关(〉0.8),蛋白质和油份的变化与赖氨酸变化的相关性分别为0.48和0.38,表现为中度相关。33个o2-NILs组合综合品质分析结果表明,o2组合的CAL58×吉477和CA156×196综合品质优良,产量较高,可能具有较大的开发潜力。[结论]该研究结果为今后利用o2对温带玉米种质进行品质改良,并提高改良效率提供了理论和材料基础。

[목적]탐토o2돌변기인적작용방식,제고옥미품질육충연구수평。[방법]통과대18개보통옥미자교계조배적33개보통옥미조합급상응적도입o2근등기인계(o2-NILs)조배적33개함o2옥미조합품질적비교,분석료도입o2후대옥미조합품질적영향。[결과]o2-NILs조합여보통옥미조합상비,기뢰안산、단백질화유빈함량유대폭증가,기여14충필수안기산함량야발생료상응적변화,천문동안산、소안산、감안산、이량안산、조안산、정안산화포안산함량제고;이사안산、곡안산、병안산、힐안산、량안산、락안산화분병안산함량강저。상관성분석결과표명,천문동안산、정안산화소안산변화여뢰안산변화정도고도상관(〉0.8),단백질화유빈적변화여뢰안산변화적상관성분별위0.48화0.38,표현위중도상관。33개o2-NILs조합종합품질분석결과표명,o2조합적CAL58×길477화CA156×196종합품질우량,산량교고,가능구유교대적개발잠력。[결론]해연구결과위금후이용o2대온대옥미충질진행품질개량,병제고개량효솔제공료이론화재료기출。
[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the action of mutant gene o2 and its effect on nutritional quality of different maize combinations. [Method] A total of 33 normal maize combinations from 18 inbred lines were compared with 33 combinations including gene o2 from the corresponding o2 near-isogenic lines (o2-NILs), to study the effect of o2 gene introduction on maize grain quality. [Result] The contents of lysine, protein and oil in o2-NILs were greatly more than that of normal maize combinations. Except for lysine, contents of other 14 amino acids changed when o2 gene was introduced. Contents of aspartic acid, threonine, glycine, isoleucine, histidine, arginine and proline were improved; while contents of serine, glutamic acid, alanine, valine, leucine, tyrosine and phenylalanine were decreased. Correlation analysis showed that contents of aspartic acid, arginine and threonine had the highest correlation with lysine content. Protein and oil contents had higher correlation with lysine content (0.48 and 0.38). Analysis of 33 o2-NILs revealed that the o2 combinations CAL58×Ji477and CA156×196 showed high comprehensive quality and high yield with greater development potential. [Conclusion] This study will provide theoretical and material basis for improving the quality of temperate maize germplasm by introducing o2 gene.
