法律冲突是一种普遍的法律制度现象，它的存在严重影响法治的和谐统一，而法律冲突分类则是认识和研究法律冲突的基本途径和方法。但长期以来对于法律冲突的研究主要局限于国际私法领域，甚至认为它只是一个国际私法问题。文章从法理学的角度出发对法律冲突分类进行了重新认识，将法律冲突从不同的角度、以不同的标准分为八类，为法律冲突的协调和消除提供了基础性研究。
法律遲突是一種普遍的法律製度現象，它的存在嚴重影響法治的和諧統一，而法律遲突分類則是認識和研究法律遲突的基本途徑和方法。但長期以來對于法律遲突的研究主要跼限于國際私法領域，甚至認為它隻是一箇國際私法問題。文章從法理學的角度齣髮對法律遲突分類進行瞭重新認識，將法律遲突從不同的角度、以不同的標準分為八類，為法律遲突的協調和消除提供瞭基礎性研究。

The legal system is commonly characterized with the conflicts of law, the existence of which affects the harmonity and unity of the rule of law. The calssification of law conflicts constitutes the basic ways and methods of their understanding and research. However, for a long time the research of law conflicts is mainly limited within the international private law, and it is even regarded as a question of international private law. From the jurispru- dential perspective, this paper tries a new classification of the law conflicts, which will be divided into eight types according to different standards. The new classificaiton provides a basic research for the harmoney and elimination of the law conflicts.
