我国经济后发达地区直接融资水平普遍偏低，当地企业的融资方式仍以间接融资为主，而票据融资是除银行贷款外企业重要的间接融资方式，票据市场也是货币政策传导的重要载体。本文以广西梧州市为视角，运用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法，分析我国稳健货币政策在经济后发达地区票据市场传导的主要途径及对票据市场发展的影响，并针对梧州市票据市场发展存在的问题提出相应的政策建议。
我國經濟後髮達地區直接融資水平普遍偏低，噹地企業的融資方式仍以間接融資為主，而票據融資是除銀行貸款外企業重要的間接融資方式，票據市場也是貨幣政策傳導的重要載體。本文以廣西梧州市為視角，運用定性分析和定量分析相結閤的方法，分析我國穩健貨幣政策在經濟後髮達地區票據市場傳導的主要途徑及對票據市場髮展的影響，併針對梧州市票據市場髮展存在的問題提齣相應的政策建議。

In underdeveloped areas of our country, the level of direct financing is generally low, and the main fi- nancing pattern of local enterprises is still indirect financing. Bill financing is an important method of indirect financ- ing besides bank loan, meanwhile, it is also an important carrier of monetary policy transmission. This article uses a qualitative and quantitative method to analyze the primary transmission channel of the steady monetary policy in the bill market of underdeveloped areas and its influence on the bill market development from the perspective of Wuzhou. Then the paper proposes the relative policy recommendations to solve the existing problems of the bill market develop- ment in Wuzhou.
