对不同Si含量的AM60镁合金的显微组织和腐蚀性能进行分析。结果表明,AM60镁合金中加入合金元素Si,组织中出现了汉字状的Mg2Si相。在T4和T6状态下,汉字状的Mg2Si相形貌都保持不变。加入合金元素Si或T6热处理可提高AM60镁合金的耐蚀性。

대불동Si함량적AM60미합금적현미조직화부식성능진행분석。결과표명,AM60미합금중가입합금원소Si,조직중출현료한자상적Mg2Si상。재T4화T6상태하,한자상적Mg2Si상형모도보지불변。가입합금원소Si혹T6열처리가제고AM60미합금적내식성。
The effects of Si content on the microstructures and corrosion properties of AM60 magnesium alloy were investigated. The results indicate that the Chinese character type Mg2Si phases are formed with addition of Si into AM60 magnesium alloy. The morphology of the Chinese character type Mg2Si phases are unchanged after T4 or T6 heat treatment. The corrosion resistance of AM60 magnesium alloy can be improved by adding Si or using T6 heat treatment.
