本文针对某上出风空调室外机试验过程应力应变超标现象,利用Pnn厄建立了室外机管路虚拟样机。利用HyperMesh强大有限元网格前处理功能进行网格划分及载荷加载,再利用ANSYS先进的求解器进行求解,通过对管路的优化设计,使仿真分析和实验结果都取得了良好的效果。

Based on the disqualification in the stress and stain testing occurred to one certain top discharge outdoor air conditioning unit, In this paper makes some studies on how to simulates the outdoor pipe modeling by Pro/E, how to partition the element and load up by the fore treatment function of the powerful FEM element of Hyper Mesh, as well as how to get solutions through the advanced ANSYS solver, and lastly obtains desirable effects about the emulation analysis and experimental results in virtue of the optimized design of the pipe.
