For saving the cost and period of the design , meeting the demand of the market, In the case of keeping the whole structure of the outdoor units of the air conditioner with frequency conversion, this paper designed the optimization simulation by using the CFD to simulate the electronic thermal and optimize it. Also some experiments were done to validate that the scheme is feasibility .Ultimately a better way in simulation was found.
