采用悬浮聚合的方法,以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,制备聚苯乙烯球状颗粒聚合物,探讨了反应温度、引发剂用量和搅拌速度等因素对聚合反应的影响,并用热分析仪对聚合产物进行热性能分析。
採用懸浮聚閤的方法,以過氧化苯甲酰為引髮劑,製備聚苯乙烯毬狀顆粒聚閤物,探討瞭反應溫度、引髮劑用量和攪拌速度等因素對聚閤反應的影響,併用熱分析儀對聚閤產物進行熱性能分析。
채용현부취합적방법,이과양화분갑선위인발제,제비취분을희구상과립취합물,탐토료반응온도、인발제용량화교반속도등인소대취합반응적영향,병용열분석의대취합산물진행열성능분석。
Polystyrene spherical particle polymer was synthesized with suspension polymerization method by using benzoyl peroxide as initiator in laboratory. The reaction factors such as reaction temperature, initiator dosage, mixing speed are discussed in this paper, and thermal properties are detected by thermo -analytical instrument.
