目的：观察应用中心静脉导管留置引流恶性胸腔积液并腔内注药治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法用改良的Seldinger法经皮穿刺将中心静脉留置管置入胸膜腔内并保留导管进行抽液、引流和注射药物。68例均一次置管引流成功，每例引流胸腔积液2100～11500m l，留置导管时间4～31天，无并发症，总有效率85.3%。结论中心静脉导管在治疗治疗恶性胸腔积液中疗效确切，损伤小，安全方便，有良好的推广应用价值。
