目的：探讨皮肤科患者门诊候诊的心理状况。方法对150例皮肤科患者使用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和皮肤病生活质量指数（DLQI）进行心理状况评估；与患者交谈，了解患者对就诊的时间性、焦急性、环境性和理解性。结果皮肤病患者的人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧因子分值均高于全国常模（P﹤0.05），皮肤病患者对心理、穿衣、社交娱乐、工作学习、治疗影响较大，性别、发病部位、病程时间和受教育程度影响患者的DLQI评分。结论皮肤病对患者心理状况影响较大，应该得到皮肤科医护人员的关注。
목적：탐토피부과환자문진후진적심리상황。방법대150례피부과환자사용증상자평량표（SCL-90）화피부병생활질량지수（DLQI）진행심리상황평고；여환자교담，료해환자대취진적시간성、초급성、배경성화리해성。결과피부병환자적인제관계민감、억욱、초필、활대、공구인자분치균고우전국상모（P﹤0.05），피부병환자대심리、천의、사교오악、공작학습、치료영향교대，성별、발병부위、병정시간화수교육정도영향환자적DLQI평분。결론피부병대환자심리상황영향교대，응해득도피부과의호인원적관주。
Objective To investigate the psychological status of outpatients waiting for dermatologists treat. Methods The psychological status of 150 cases of patients in dermatologists was investigated with SCL-90 and DLQI. Results The interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and fear factor scores were higher than the national norm (P﹤0.05). The psychological, dressing, social entertainment, work,study and treatment effect of dermatologists patients was affected by disease. The DLQI score was affected by sex, disease location, duration time and the level of education. Conclusion The skin disease impact the psychological status of patients.
