目的：了解普外科伤口感染的相关因素。方法对2010～2012年度普外科200例住院手术患者回顾性统计分析。结果调查的患者中共发生伤口感染12例，感染率为6%。高龄、引流管放置、恶性肿瘤、手术相关因素(如急症手术、手术时间长、二，三类手术切口)、术前术中未抗生素预防性使用、呼吸循环系统慢性疾病、耐药菌株感染与伤口感染有明确关系。
目的：瞭解普外科傷口感染的相關因素。方法對2010～2012年度普外科200例住院手術患者迴顧性統計分析。結果調查的患者中共髮生傷口感染12例，感染率為6%。高齡、引流管放置、噁性腫瘤、手術相關因素(如急癥手術、手術時間長、二，三類手術切口)、術前術中未抗生素預防性使用、呼吸循環繫統慢性疾病、耐藥菌株感染與傷口感染有明確關繫。
목적：료해보외과상구감염적상관인소。방법대2010～2012년도보외과200례주원수술환자회고성통계분석。결과조사적환자중공발생상구감염12례，감염솔위6%。고령、인류관방치、악성종류、수술상관인소(여급증수술、수술시간장、이，삼류수술절구)、술전술중미항생소예방성사용、호흡순배계통만성질병、내약균주감염여상구감염유명학관계。
Objective To investigate the related factors of wound infection in Department of general surgery. Methods 200 cases of hospitalized 2010~2012 annual Department of general surgery retrospective statistical analysis of patients with operation. The results of the survey were occurred in 12 cases of wound infection, the infection rate was 6%. The elderly, drainage tube placement, malignant tumor, operation related factors (such as emergency operation, operation time is long, the two, three kinds of operation incision), preoperative without antibiotic prophylaxis, respiratory and circulatory system, chronic disease resistant strains infection and wound infection has a definite relationship.
