入学准备评价有助于了解幼儿、幼儿园、家庭是否已做好入学准备，从而可以为家庭、幼儿园采取有针对性的干预措施，有效减少幼儿的学业失败提供重要依据。选择或编制科学的评价工具是开展入学准备评价的重要前提。通过对现有的27份国外入学准备评价工具的理论基础、使用目的、评价内容、信度和效度等的分析发现．入学准备评价工具研究有待进一步深入。研究者认为，可以根据入学准备的生态学理念设计针对幼儿园、家庭和社区的评价工具，深入研究能有效测查特定领域入学准备水平的评价工具．加强评价信息对早期干预的指导，提高评价工具的预测效度等。

School readiness assessment helps to understand whether children, kindergarten and family are ready for school and provides the family and kindergarten with important information for necessary intervention to reduce school failure. The choice or writing of a scientific assessment instrument is the key premise in school readiness assessment. An analysis of the theoretical principle, application purpose, assessment contents, reliability and validity of 27 assessment instrument from abroad revealed that the research on school readiness instrument will need to be furthered, eg. a school-readiness-oriented ecologic concept could be applied in the design of assessment instrument for kindergarten, family and community, assessment contents of specific areas could be highlighted, the instruction role of assessment information in early intervention could be enhanced and the predictive validity of the assessment instrument could be increased.
