幼儿园的心理契约是幼儿园与教师之间对权利、义务的主观期望与承诺,包含良好的工作环境、任务与职业取向的吻合、安全与归属感、报酬、价值认同、培训与发展的机会和晋升等七个方面的内容。具有隐藏性、模糊性和双向建构性的特点。良好的心理契约能在激发教师自我实现、促进教师职业认同、帮助教师产生专业自我意识、克服职业倦怠等方面起到积极的作用。为构建良好心理契约、促进教师专业发展,幼儿园要加强柔性管理,帮助教师制订职业生涯规划.提供环境支持等;幼儿园教师要强化命运共同体意识,提高自身组织承诺。

The psychological contract in kindergarten refers to the expectations and commitments on rights and obligations between kindergarten and the teacher, including favorable working condition, consistence between task and professional orientation, security and belonging, reward value recognition, training and development opportunity, and promotion. It can be implicit, vague, and mutually constructive. A favorable psychological contract plays a positive role in stimulating teacher's self- realization, promoting teacher's professional recognition, helping teacher establish professional self-consciousness. In order to establish a favorable psychological contract for teacher's professional development, the kindergarten needs to enhance the software management, to help teachers make professional planning, and to offer environmental support.
