Proposes and analyses an expanded mixed time discontinuous finite element method for two- order parabolic partial integro-differential equation. The lower order equation is obtained by expanded mixed finite element method, and the equation is discretized by space-time finite element method which is continuous in space but discontinuous in time. Gives the proofs of the error estimates in the norm of L2(J,L2(Ω)).
