使用气相色谱外标法测定牙膏中的二甘醇,对整个测量过程的不确定度来源进行了分析,并对不确定度各个分量进行了评估和合成,使实验结果更有客观性和准确性。结果显示,样品重复性测量不确定度分量对总不确定度的贡献最大。当二甘醇的测定结果为21.66 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.48 mg/kg。

In the paper,diethylene glycol(DEG)in toothpastes was determined by GC.The source of uncertainty was analyzed in detail,and each component of uncertainty was evaluated and combined,the result was more objective and accurate.The evaluating results showed that the uncertainty of the repeatability was the main factor contributed to the combined uncertainty.When the content of DEG in toothpastes was 21.66 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.48 mg/kg.
