In order to accurately assess the limit of quantitation of pesticide residue in summer squash, gas chromatography was adopted to conduct quantitation limit detection of 18 organophosphorus pesticides, the results show that the recovery rate of most organophosphorus pesticide ranges from 70% to 120%, while the quantitation limit ranges from 0.01 to 0.02 mg/kg.
