利用索氏提取法提取高良姜植物提取物后,采用对照方法,探讨其对米象成虫的驱避作用。试验结果表明:高良姜植物提取物对米象成虫的驱避作用较强,驱避率达77%以上,属于Ⅳ级水平;最理想的驱避时间是36—48h,驱避率在85%以上,可达Ⅴ级水平。总体来说,高良姜是相对理想的植物源农药。
利用索氏提取法提取高良薑植物提取物後,採用對照方法,探討其對米象成蟲的驅避作用。試驗結果錶明:高良薑植物提取物對米象成蟲的驅避作用較彊,驅避率達77%以上,屬于Ⅳ級水平;最理想的驅避時間是36—48h,驅避率在85%以上,可達Ⅴ級水平。總體來說,高良薑是相對理想的植物源農藥。
이용색씨제취법제취고량강식물제취물후,채용대조방법,탐토기대미상성충적구피작용。시험결과표명:고량강식물제취물대미상성충적구피작용교강,구피솔체77%이상,속우Ⅳ급수평;최이상적구피시간시36—48h,구피솔재85%이상,가체Ⅴ급수평。총체래설,고량강시상대이상적식물원농약。
Rhizoma galangae extracts were obtained using soxhlet extraction method. Control method was adopted to study its repelling action on sitophilus oryzae ephebic. The experiment results show that rhizoma galangae extracts have a strong repelling action on sitophilus oryzae ephebic with a repelling rate of 77% which belongs to Ⅳ level. The ideal repelling time is 36--48 h with a repelling rate of 85%, or of Ⅴ level. In a word, rhizoma galangae is a relatively ideal botanic pesticide.
