目的:比较普通含氟牙膏、酪蛋白磷酸肽钙磷复合体(CPP-ACP)及含氟CPP-ACP(CPP-ACPF)促进脱矿牙骨质再矿化的效果。方法制备健康牙骨质块,开窗后脱矿液脱矿96 h ,分为空白对照组、普通含氟牙膏组、CPP-ACP组和CPP-ACPF组,每组10个样本,将实验药品按要求在牙骨质表面反复涂擦3 min ,流水冲洗5 min ,每天1次。28 d后扫描电镜观察各组牙骨质表面形貌,通过能谱分析测定牙骨质表面的微区成分(Ca、P含量及Ca/P),采用SPSS 17.0统计软件对各组间Ca、P、Ca/P进行单因素方差分析。结果扫描电镜结果显示各组牙骨质表面形貌不同:与对照组相比,各实验组再矿化后均可见不同程度矿物质沉积,以CPP-ACPF组沉积物最厚。能谱分析结果显示各实验组钙磷含量均较对照组明显升高,各实验组之间的差别无统计学意义。结论CPP-ACP及CPP-ACPF均能促进脱矿牙骨质再矿化,CPP-ACP与氟可能具有协同抗龋作用。

목적:비교보통함불아고、락단백린산태개린복합체(CPP-ACP)급함불CPP-ACP(CPP-ACPF)촉진탈광아골질재광화적효과。방법제비건강아골질괴,개창후탈광액탈광96 h ,분위공백대조조、보통함불아고조、CPP-ACP조화CPP-ACPF조,매조10개양본,장실험약품안요구재아골질표면반복도찰3 min ,류수충세5 min ,매천1차。28 d후소묘전경관찰각조아골질표면형모,통과능보분석측정아골질표면적미구성분(Ca、P함량급Ca/P),채용SPSS 17.0통계연건대각조간Ca、P、Ca/P진행단인소방차분석。결과소묘전경결과현시각조아골질표면형모불동:여대조조상비,각실험조재광화후균가견불동정도광물질침적,이CPP-ACPF조침적물최후。능보분석결과현시각실험조개린함량균교대조조명현승고,각실험조지간적차별무통계학의의。결론CPP-ACP급CPP-ACPF균능촉진탈광아골질재광화,CPP-ACP여불가능구유협동항우작용。
Objective To assess and compare the effect of fluoride dentifrices ,CPP-ACP and CPP-ACPF in remineralization of artificial demineralized cementum . Methods Sound human cementum fragments obtained from the third molar were stored in a demineralization solution for 96 h at 37 ℃ to in-duce artificial demineralization lesions . The fragments were then randomly divided into four treatment groups including control group ,fluoride dentifrices group ,CPP-ACP group and CPP-ACPF group . The demineralized samples were treated with different material for 3 min per day . After 28 days the samples were evaluated using field emission-scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) . The SEM observations re-vealed different morphological features brought about by CPP-ACP ,and the energy spectrometry analysis was used to measure the mineral contents in cenentum (Ca ,P ,Ca/P) . The data was analyzed using ANOVA with SPSS17 .0 software package . Results Different thickness deposits of mineral were ob-served in each group except the control one ,and the thickest were observed in CPP-ACPF group . The mineral contents were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0 .05) . Conclusions CPP-ACP and fluoride are all effective in remineralizing artificial demineralized cementum . CPP-ACP and flu-oride have synergistic effect in caries prevention .
