目的:探讨连续性血液净化治疗急性肺水肿合并急性左心衰的临床效果。方法选择2012年2月-2013年2月收治的46例急性肺水肿合并急性左心衰的患者,分为对照组与观察组,每组23例。对照组给予常规的药物治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上+连续性血液净化,观察两组患者治疗前后免疫功能指标的变化。结果观察组患者BNP、血氧饱和度治疗后明显升高,LVEF、收缩压、舒张压、心率值治疗后明显下降(P<0.05);住院天数(24.79±4.7)d、(30.36±5.1)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续性血液净化是临床上治疗急性肺水肿合并急性左心衰的有效方法。

목적:탐토련속성혈액정화치료급성폐수종합병급성좌심쇠적림상효과。방법선택2012년2월-2013년2월수치적46례급성폐수종합병급성좌심쇠적환자,분위대조조여관찰조,매조23례。대조조급여상규적약물치료,관찰조환자재상규치료적기출상+련속성혈액정화,관찰량조환자치료전후면역공능지표적변화。결과관찰조환자BNP、혈양포화도치료후명현승고,LVEF、수축압、서장압、심솔치치료후명현하강(P<0.05);주원천수(24.79±4.7)d、(30.36±5.1)d,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론련속성혈액정화시림상상치료급성폐수종합병급성좌심쇠적유효방법。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of acute pulmonary edema associated with acute left heart failure.Methods46 patients with acute pulmonary edema complicated with acute left heart failure in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were chosen, then divided into the control group and the observation group, each group was of 23 cases. The control group was given with routine drug treatment, and patients in the observation group were taken with continuous blood purification based on routine treatment. The changes of immune function indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.Results The continuous blood purification after BNP, LVEF, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.05). The hospitalization days were (24.79 ± 4.7) d, (30.36 ± 5.1) d in the observation group, there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification is one of effective methods in treatment of acute pulmonary edema associated with acute left heart failure.
