某自备电厂水处理系统,随着运行年限增加,制水能力下降,为了保证水质需消耗大量的再生剂,解决此问题,为了优化运行,该工厂将原有的固定阴阳床改为浮动阴阳床,提高了再生效果,降低了再生剂的消耗.本文重点叙述了浮动床离子交换器的原理、结构特点和操作方法等.

The ability of making water for self - provided power plant water treatment the increase of the operating years. The power plant need to consume large amounts o order to guarantee water quality. The original fixed Yin and Yang bed is changed into system is reduced with f regenerative agent in floating Yin and Yang bed in order to optimize operation which improve efficiency of regeneration and consume of recycling agent. The principle, structure and characteristic and operation method of floating bed ion switch are expounded primarily.
