采用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定了银杏叶中的有效铅,考察了仪器的工作条件、酸介质浓度、载流浓度、硼氢化钾浓度等对原子荧光强度的影响。实验结果表明,银杏叶中有效铅的含量水平在0~0.002mg/L之间,加标回收率为87.50%~93.75%。
採用氫化物髮生-原子熒光法測定瞭銀杏葉中的有效鉛,攷察瞭儀器的工作條件、痠介質濃度、載流濃度、硼氫化鉀濃度等對原子熒光彊度的影響。實驗結果錶明,銀杏葉中有效鉛的含量水平在0~0.002mg/L之間,加標迴收率為87.50%~93.75%。

The effective Lead of ginkgo biloba was determinated by hydride generaton-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The factors that afected the fluorescence intensity of Pb was investigated,including the instrument conditions, medium concentration, current-carrying concentration and prereduetant etc. The results showed that the effective lead of ginkgo biloba was ranged from 0 to 0. 002μg/L and the recovery at three spiked levels were ranged from 87.50%-93.75%.
