制备了硫酸促进型酯化催化剂SO42-/WO3-ZrO2,考察了WO3含量、焙烧温度和焙烧时间等对酯化率的影响。结果表明催化剂适宜制备条件为:WO3含量10%,300℃焙烧2h;将其用于催化乙酸与正丁醇的酯化反应合成了乙酸丁酯,反应条件为:乙酸0.2mol,催化剂0.75g,n(正丁醇)∶n(乙酸)=1.8∶1,反应时间30min,酯化率可达98.2%。
製備瞭硫痠促進型酯化催化劑SO42-/WO3-ZrO2,攷察瞭WO3含量、焙燒溫度和焙燒時間等對酯化率的影響。結果錶明催化劑適宜製備條件為:WO3含量10%,300℃焙燒2h;將其用于催化乙痠與正丁醇的酯化反應閤成瞭乙痠丁酯,反應條件為:乙痠0.2mol,催化劑0.75g,n(正丁醇)∶n(乙痠)=1.8∶1,反應時間30min,酯化率可達98.2%。

To prepare the esterification catalyst SO42-/WO3-ZrO2, investigate the effects of various factors such as preparative conditions of the catalyst. The results showed that with concentration of WO3 10 %,caIcinating at 300℃ for 2.0 h. Butyl acetate was synthesized with the catalyst. The optimized conditions were acetic acid 0.2 mol, mole ratio of alcohol to acid 1.8 : 1 ,reaction time 30 rain and catalyst dosage 0.75 g,esterification rate is 98.2%.
