To determine trace protein content in amoxicillin using Coomassie brilliant blue G- 250 method. Results showed that the method had very good accuracy precision, sensitivity, stability and reproducibility, the protein concentration and absorbance had a good linear relation. The method could meet the demand of determination of protein in amoxicillin.
