高等学校开展法制教育工作要充分体现以学生为主体的法制教育理念,以培养学生树立正确法律意识为中心,注重培养学生认识问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,突出理论性,强化实践性,促进大学生自觉用法律规范行为,形成遵守法律、崇尚法律的良好习惯。在实践和探索中,我们试图通过创立一个联动机制、抓好两个普法阶段、建设好三个教学渠道、实现四个教育结合、坚持五个教育原则、力求六个推动功能这一教育模式,以期能对我国高校开展法制教育教学工作有所帮助。

고등학교개전법제교육공작요충분체현이학생위주체적법제교육이념,이배양학생수립정학법률의식위중심,주중배양학생인식문제、분석문제화해결문제적능력,돌출이론성,강화실천성,촉진대학생자각용법률규범행위,형성준수법률、숭상법률적량호습관。재실천화탐색중,아문시도통과창립일개련동궤제、조호량개보법계단、건설호삼개교학거도、실현사개교육결합、견지오개교육원칙、력구륙개추동공능저일교육모식,이기능대아국고교개전법제교육교학공작유소방조。
