Kindergarten teachers' training is an important way to enhance teachers' professional quality and the quality" of kindergarten ed- ucation. According to the reality of kindergarten, in order to bring the characteristics of the kindergartens into full play, the thesis explored a so- ties of new models of training kindergarten teachers,including step by step instruction,special training,and pyramid instruction and so on. With the new model, we effectively solve the problems of the expert teachers' further development, backbone teachers' precessional slack, young teachers' professional growth and maturity,the new teachers' adaptability to the new working environment and finally improve the effectiveness of the training of kindergarten teachers.
