本文从高职院校"双师型"教师绩效管理存在的问题入手,在分析"双师型"教师岗位要求的基础上,引入平衡记分卡的战略鼓励工具,给出了基于平衡记分卡的"双师型"教师绩效管理关键绩效指标(KP)I体系,提出了改进高职院校"双师型"教师绩效管理的建议。

Starting with the existing problems of performance management of double-qualified teachers in higher vocational schools,on the basis of analyzing the job requirements of double-qualified teachers,the author introduced strategic management tool of balanced scorecard,built Key Performance Indicator(KPI) system of performance management of double-qualified teachers based on balanced scorecard and put forward suggestions on improving double-qualified teachers performance management in higher vocational schools.
