采用不同浓度的1-奈乙酸,3721生根液,258ABT生根粉处理软枣猕猴桃插穗,之后进行扦插试验。结果表明,用3721生根液200倍浸穗2h,50倍浸穗30S处理的野生软枣猕猴桃插穗发芽率、成活率及当年新条生长量、生根数量和根系生长量均优于其它处理,为软枣猕猴桃扦插繁育的优良生根剂。

채용불동농도적1-내을산,3721생근액,258ABT생근분처리연조미후도삽수,지후진행천삽시험。결과표명,용3721생근액200배침수2h,50배침수30S처리적야생연조미후도삽수발아솔、성활솔급당년신조생장량、생근수량화근계생장량균우우기타처리,위연조미후도천삽번육적우량생근제。
Actinidia arguta cuttings were treated with 1-Chennai acetate, 3721 rooting liquid, different concentrations of 258ABT rooting powder to do cuttings trials. The results showed that germination rate, survival rate and growth of new branch, rooting number and root growth of wild Actinidia cuttings with 2h treatment of cutting in 200 times 3721 rooting liquid and 30s treatment in 50 times were better than other treatments, which were fine rooting agents of Actinidia arguta cut- tings breeding.
