Solid phase extraction technology is one of the most frequently used sample preparation methods.This method is widely used in the pretreatment of water.It is also applied to trace organic compounds in the air and biological sample is determined by the components of enrichment process.This experiment uses automatic solid phase extraction apparatus to extract the chlorine pesticide water compounds.The enrichment of solid phase extraction was evaluated by recovery of standard addition.This paper discussed the influence of different experimental conditions on the extraction efficiency.
