在实施素质教育的背景下，体育教学的终极目标是培养全面发展的人。本文针对目前中学生体育素养较差的情况，从体育素养的概念、要素及现阶段学校体育在培养学生体育素养方面的不足进行阐述。

In the context of the implementation of quality education, sports education goal is to cultivate all - round development of people. This paper, in view of the current situation of poor sports accomplishment of middle school student, makes explanation on it from described of the sports accomplishment concept, elements and school sports literacy deficiencies in the school education at this stage.
